I don’t know about you, but peppermint brownies are one of my favorites!
Here’s a quick and easy no bake recipe that is delicious!
1 cup pecans or walnuts
1 cup dates
5 tablespoons raw cocoa powder
4 tablespoons shredded unsweetened coconut
2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
¼ teaspoon sea salt
3-5 drops of Young Living peppermint vitality essential oil
Place all ingredients in the blender except for the dates. After processing until small and kind of crumbly, add the dates and process again until well incorporated and sticky/clumpy.
Press into a wax paper lined brownie pan and refrigerate at least an hour before cutting and serving.
*If your a brownie out of a box kinda person, simply add 5-8 drops of Young Living peppermint vitality essential oil to the batter. This also makes some tasty brownies!
