Soothing Bath Soak:
Feeling the effects of a long day on your feet? Too much bending over and gardening? Been on a intense run lately? Try Young Living’s Panaway essential oil blend and Copaiba essential oil single in your soothing bath with Epsom salts, baking soda, and a tiny bit of fractionaed coconut oil.
Fun fact: Adding baking soda to your epsom salt bath helps to balance your bodies PH levels.
What you need:
2 cups Epsom salts
1/2 cup baking soda
3 drops Panaway
7 drops Copaiba
1 tablespoon fractionated coconut oil
Fill your glass jar with baking soda and Epsom salts. Drip your essential oils into the Epsom salt mixture and top off with fractionated coconut oil. Allow it to soak into the Epsom salts for at least 5 minutes. Dump into hot bath and soak for a minimum of 20min for best results. Enjoy!
Important note* Epsom salts alone can be detoxifying so be sure to drink plenty of water after your hot bath.
