Researchers have collected over 75 studies proving kombucha health benefits!
Kombucha is fermented tea that has recently become popular among health lovers but has actually been around for hundreds of years.
It was first made in China in the third century B.C. then found in Russia, India and Japan where it was well consumed by soldiers and warriors.
It’s usually made from black, white or green tea and is fermented with sugar and a culture called a SCOBY (symbiotic colony of bacteria and yeast).
It’s good for supporting digestion and the immense system and is a healthy probiotic.
It’s great for detoxing, energy, getting antioxidants, vitamin C, liver function, supporting the immune and nervous system, helping with inflammation of the joints, and even asthma.
If you haven’t tried kombucha, what are you waiting for? If you have tried it but only once and didn’t like it, I encourage you to try it again with a different flavor.
You can get kombucha almost at any grocery store now, but I’ve found that the best ones are carried at natural food stores. You can even make your own!
