Do y’all have bucket lists?
This year, now that it’s a new decade, I’ve decided to make a decade bucket list! I love this idea because it actually seems attainable. If you could, what would be on your ten year bucket list? Here’s mine:
•Have three more children (or whatever God blesses us with)
•Visit Banff, Canada
•Pay off our mortgage
•Go back to Hawaii
•Become a solid rank of Platinum with my Young Living business (more details here if you’re curious: http://yl.youngliving.com/rs/748-HIV-608/images/IDSOnlineVersion_PDF_US.pdf )
•Have an entire room dedicated to just my house plants…a conservatory? 😬 #crazyplantlady
•Maintain a garden that provides organic food all year (things to can and preserve).
•Host more things/events in my home
I also have chosen a word for this year if 2020. My word is “SEEK” because I want to do more seeking. Seeking out my Savior first and foremost, seeking new relationships, even though they put me outside of my comfort zone, seeking opportunities to bless others, seeking to better myself.
And of course I’ve decided to pair an essential oil with that seeking because, well, why not? You know me! I kind of just love the effect and natural ways essential oils support my mind and body. The oils I’ve chosen is a blend from Young Living called Surrender and even though I don’t love the smell of it yet, I’m hoping to use it everyday and set intentions for my day/week.
Surrender is a blend of
Lavandula angustifolia† (Lavender) oil, Citrus limon† (Lemon) peel oil, Picea mariana† (Black spruce) leaf oil, Anthemis nobilis† (Roman chamomile) flower oil, Angelica archangelica† (Angelica) root oil, Satureja montana† (Mountain savory) oil, and Chamomilla recutita† (Matricaria) flower oil. It’s been created to help your body/mind be lifted from any inhibitors that are limiting your potential.
Surrender is also a great oil to use diluted with babies! I like to use surrender when Klara has to be in her car seat for a while and gets upset. It seems to help.
Well, that’s all I had on my mind for now, I’d love to read your decade bucket lists in the comments! Happy Monday!
