Today’s DIY project consists of making a new recipe! This is something I haven’t tried before but love the idea. Often times at the end of the day my body is achy and sore and who doesn’t love a massage right before bed? I’ve often given my hubby a nice rub down in oils that support his sleep patterns and thought “why not make a massage oil for sleep?”
So today I threw this combo together and it smells divine. I can’t wait to try it out!
Catch some Zzz’s:
In a 2oz. pretty glass dropper bottle add:
35 drops of lavender essential oil
20 drops of cedarwood essential oil
15 drops of roman chamomile
Top off with your favorite carrier oil (I love Young Living’s V-6 oil because it’s got lots of skin loving nourishing oils all in one and has no essential oil so it makes for the perfect convenient carrier oil. You can also use fractionated coconut oil, sweet almond oil, olive oil, avocado oil, and apricot oil.) Use one dropper full along the spine and massage oil in for a restful nights sleep.
That’s all for now friend!
Have a happy Tuesday!
P.S. you can also find the recipe under the recipes tab on this website.
