Allergy Elimination & Acupuncture

I promise, this website really is about my wellness journey, and not just why I use and love Young Living essential oils!

I recently started seeing an acupuncturist. If you read my About me section on my website, you know that I struggle with Eczema. Eczema is basically defined as “A symptom to an unknown cause”. So, with that being said, you can probably guess that I have been on a journey toward wellness trying all kinds of things to help heal my skin and body.

Changing my diet, using good quality essential oils, and supplementing has been very helpful to my overall heath, and skin health specifically, however, there is still an underlying issue causing my skin to be unable to fully heal.

A while back I had a miscarriage that was my first pregnancy, and then two more following that, and although that is not what I’m here to talk about today, it did lead me to find a Naturopath who I really like. Through working with her on my health, she recommended me to an Acupuncturist to do further allergy testing and clearing, in hopes to help my skin.

So far I have had two sessions with acupuncture and allergy elimination muscle testing. It may be too early to tell, but I think it is helping! I’m excited for what it may bring in the future, and so that is what made me want to write this little bit today.

Anyway, from my understanding, this specific allergy testing and acupuncture method (Nambudripad’s Allergy Elimination Techniques, NAET) has been up to 95% as effective as a blood test that shows allergy sensitivities. If you aren’t familiar with it I highly recommend googling it and checking out the science behind it. It is all very fascinating if you ask me!

Have you had experience with NAET? If so, I would love to hear your experiences in the comments!!!
